You own the space between the walls. The project has approx. 60 similar TH-style units. We could find only one sale in 2012 within Wynbrooke; 802 Watford Place (listed below). It’s very similar to the subject and sold for $198,900 ($39K more than the subject’s list price). A stone’s throw from the subject is a brand new competing TH-style project called Parmelee. New 3-BR units here have been selling between $165K and $180K (although they’re about 400 SqFt smaller).
