I was skeptical of appealing my assessment, but am now delighted with the results Kay obtained. The process was easy, needing only to provide some preliminary info to Kate [sic]. After that she conducted her analysis of comparable properties, and based on her findings, she prepared and filed the necessary paperwork for the appeal. The result was an 11% reduction in my assessment (totally in line with Kate’s [sic] findings), and a corresponding reduction in my taxes.
